Job Responsibility:

* Project management experience of which at least last 5 years should be in the domain of Grid-Tiled Rooftop Solar PV Power Plants
* Large utility scale rooftops project execution & any ground mounted solar project experience added advantage. Familiar with:
* 11 KV/33KV Power Evacuations, 
* Autocad , MS Office, MS Project
Roles & Responsibilities:
* The candidate should have handle project management responsibility independently for distributed solar PV Power Plants & conversant
* all aspects such as
* daily, weekly, monthly , MIS, analytics and monitoring , problem solving, 
* vendor/supplier handling for speedy execution , operational practices , 
* Complete familiarity and understanding of system architecture on both DC and AC side -Inverter, transformer, VCB, metering, Dc stringing, protection, SCADA, security, DISCOM relationship and all other aspects. 
* The candidate must be hard working, with great interpersonal and communication skills, ability to relentlessly drive and chase the timeline, realize budgeted margin and close contracts in time. 
* Key deliverables shall be timely project execution, high quality of work, customer satisfaction and contract closure ensuring optimum cash flow management at all the sites

Bengaluru 8 to 12 Years
Manager / Sr. Manager -Engineering & Design - Solar PV Power Plants Middle Management
Qualification: BE-EEE,ECE,ME
Job Responsibility:

The candidate shall be B.E/ B.Tech Electrical or Electronics or Mechanical with 1st Class from any of the NITs or equivalent with 8-12 years of work experience in design, engineering, detailed engineering, of rooftop Solar PV Power Plants. Any experience on ground mounted Solar PV Power Plants will be an added advantage.
Large utility scale rooftop experience of at least 4 years is a must with knowledge of string inverters, central inverters, and ability to review and optimize the following:
1.Layout Engineering & Electrical SLD
2.MMS BOQ d. Overall BOS
3.Voltage Drop & DC-AC Ratio
4.Energy Yield backed by PVSyst analysis 5.Scope up to battery limit
The candidate must be analytical and have aptitude for innovation and applied engineering to arrive at the leanest BOQ.
Key Deliverables: Smart Detailed Engineering, Optimized Energy Yield & PR & BOQ, Pre-Sales and Post -Sales Engineering, Error free working in the first go with zero tolerance for BOQ revision
