1. Responsible for Territory Business
2. Develop and maintain relationship with EPC and solar PV integrators in their territory.
3. Aggressive salesperson; Go getter approach – who considers sales as an art.
4. Sales Target Achievement with vigorous follow-up with large list of clients.
5. Build a strong pipeline and sign numerous high-volumes, high-margin Orders.
6. Selling premium and expensive products and higher than market value.
7. Should be able to convince customers and have attitude to cross all hurdles of price.
8. Develop value propositions and sell modules at higher margins.
9. Managing the Key Customers in the region.
10. Gather Market intelligence and information, Competition analysis.
11. Responsible for Order booking in around their allocated region.
12. Reporting of Sales activities in CRM regularly reviewed
13. Should report daily and update progress about funnel, achievement.
14. Must be willing to accept new challenges and adapt fast.
15. Smooth cross function co-ordination for customer needs/demands.
