Manager – Sales

Bachelor or Master degree in engineering discipline with MBA Marketing
8 – 10 years in the relevant field/s
CTC - 10 to 12 lakhs p.a.
  • Develop and deliver the strategy for the PV module  sales
  • Identify and develop new customers in line with the channel and marketing strategy
  • Establish close relationships with customers
  • Generate sales and build up market presence
  • Contribute to the design and development of the company’s sales plan
  • Understand client’s, technical, financial, logistic and marketing needs
  • Work on the annual plans with customers and monitor performance
  • Negotiate and followup contracts
  • Provide market, competitor, customer intelligence and relevant industry trends
  • Participate in national exhibitions and conferences


  • Experience in managing key accounts in dynamic industries where rapid changes in market conditions are common, Experience in the Photovoltaic sector is preferred
  • Good technical background knowledge of PV on grid/ off grid systems and BOS system is preferred
  • Willingness to Travel
  • Strong negotiating and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, independent and result-oriented person
  • Proactive in solving problems, open to customers
  • Good knowledge on all MS-Office and SAP/CRM
