Manager – Institutional Sales (For ESSPL)

CTC - 8 – 10 lakhs p.a.
  • Develop and deliver the strategy for solar water heater  sales
  • Identify and develop new customers in line with the channel and marketing strategy
  • Establish close relationships with customers may be from real estate agencies; hospitality, interior decoration/power/energy etc. sectors
  • Generate sales and build up market presence; achieving sales target through corporate customers/projects/network with architects/builders & consultants/ hospitals etc
  • Contribute to the design and development of the company’s sales plan
  • Understand client’s, technical, financial, logistic and marketing needs
  • Negotiate and follow-up contracts
  • Provide market, competitor, customer intelligence and relevant industry trends


  • Excellent communication in particular English and local languages; a very talkative and an aggressive personality; strong negotiating skills
  • Experience in managing key accounts in dynamic industries where rapid changes in market conditions are common, Experience in solar/renewable energy is preferred
  • Willingness to Travel
  • Self-motivated, independent and result-oriented person
  • Proactive in solving problems, open to customers
  • Candidate may be drawn from real estate agencies; hospitality,  interior decoration/power/energy etc.
  • Good knowledge of  MS-Office and SAP/CRM
