Job Responsibility:

Candidate should be Managing end to end production operations; monitoring activities like cost, resource deployment; preparation of monthly/weekly & daily production plans; establishing quality standards; planning and effectuating predictive and preventive maintenance; co-coordinating and implementing standard operating procedures; compliance of OHSAS/QMS/EMS/Kaizen;5S; - i.e, overall management of ongoing production, strategic planning, performance review, statutory compliances, process enhancements, training & development, budgeting, cost optimizing; quality management, materials management & team management.

Capable of handling a team of 200 employees on day to day production activities.

Computer literate, good knowledge of SAP.

Manager – Institutional Sales (For ESSPL) Middle Management
Qualification: Bachelor or Master degree
Salary: CTC - 8 – 10 lakhs p.a.
Job Responsibility:
  • Develop and deliver the strategy for solar water heater  sales
  • Identify and develop new customers in line with the channel and marketing strategy
  • Establish close relationships with customers may be from real estate agencies; hospitality, interior decoration/power/energy etc. sectors
  • Generate sales and build up market presence; achieving sales target through corporate customers/projects/network with architects/builders & consultants/ hospitals etc
  • Contribute to the design and development of the company’s sales plan
  • Understand client’s, technical, financial, logistic and marketing needs
  • Negotiate and follow-up contracts
  • Provide market, competitor, customer intelligence and relevant industry trends

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication in particular English and local languages; a very talkative and an aggressive personality; strong negotiating skills
  • Experience in managing key accounts in dynamic industries where rapid changes in market conditions are common, Experience in solar/renewable energy is preferred

  • Identify and develop new customers in line with the channel and marketing strategy
  • Establish close relationships with customers
  • Generate sales and build up market presence
  • Contribute to the design and development of the company’s sales plan

  • Work on the annual plans with customers and monitor performance
  • Negotiate and followup contracts
  • Provide market, competitor, customer intelligence and relevant industry trends
  • Participate in national exhibitions and conferences

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing key accounts in dynamic industries where rapid changes in market conditions are common, Experience in the Photovoltaic sector is preferred
  • Good technical background knowledge of PV on grid/ off grid systems and BOS system is preferred
